Investors

Professional dialogue.
Selective access.

Our institutional relationships are intended for professional and other eligible counterparties where dialogue is appropriate and permitted under applicable law.

Institutional relationships

Useful relationships are built before a specific matter is active.

We value long-term dialogue with institutional counterparties, family offices, advisers and other sophisticated market participants whose interests are relevant to the ownership and transaction situations within our focus.

That dialogue may concern market observations, transaction themes, ownership trends, sector perspectives or specific situations where lawful and appropriate. It does not mean that any investment product, fund interest or security is being offered through this website.

How we think about institutional relationships

Eligibility

Access to restricted investment-related information, where any is made available, is subject to applicable law and counterparty eligibility.

Relevance

We prefer focused dialogue around areas of genuine mutual relevance rather than broad distribution or indiscriminate marketing.

Confidentiality

Deal-specific or restricted information is handled separately from the public website and only through appropriate controlled channels.

Long-term context

Market relationships are valuable even when there is no immediate transaction. We therefore value continuity and professional exchange over one-off outreach.

Important

The public site is informational only.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, solicitation, invitation, recommendation or financial promotion in respect of any investment, security, financial instrument, product, strategy or transaction.

Any restricted information is made available separately and only where Bratton Richards determines that access is appropriate and lawful. Access can be granted, refused or withdrawn at our discretion.

Authorised access

Professional counterparties

Investor relationships should be relevant, controlled and built over time.

We value professional dialogue with institutional counterparties, family offices, advisers and other sophisticated market participants whose interests overlap with the firm’s transaction focus. The purpose of those relationships is not broad public distribution; it is to understand market conditions, ownership themes, sector perspectives and the kinds of situations that may be mutually relevant.

A useful investor relationship can exist for years without a specific transaction. Continuity improves context and allows both sides to distinguish genuine relevance from opportunistic outreach.

Where transaction-specific or restricted material is made available, access is handled separately from the public website and remains subject to applicable law, eligibility and Bratton Richards’ discretion.

Working framework

No public offering

The website is informational and is not used to offer fund interests, securities or investment products.

Eligibility matters

Restricted information, if any, is provided only where access is appropriate and lawful for the relevant counterparty.

Relationship before distribution

We prefer a smaller number of informed relationships to indiscriminate circulation of material.

Controlled communications

Confidential or transaction-specific information is separated from public content and shared through appropriate channels.

Bratton Richards

The useful conversation is usually about context before it is about a specific transaction.

Market observations, ownership trends, sector perspectives and transaction themes can create useful professional dialogue without implying a solicitation or investment recommendation.

Professional counterparties invited to review restricted material should use the Authorised Access route supplied to them.

Operating perimeter

Professional dialogue, not distribution.

Institutional-relationship pages describe controlled professional dialogue and market context. They do not amount to a public offering, placement, personal recommendation or distribution of a financial product.

The regulatory treatment of a proposed mandate is fact- and jurisdiction-specific. Where an element would require a licence, registration, approval or other permission that Bratton Richards does not hold, Bratton Richards does not undertake that element in that form.
